Abstract
INTRODUCTION: The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlationship between COP(X)pathway & GRF(Fz) according to shoe's heel heights & bag weights during the gait of obese women.

METHOD: Participants selected as subject consist of young women(n=5) in 20's age(height: 167.64¡¾1.69cm, age: 22.20¡¾1.78yrs, body mass: 63.30¡¾16.24kg, foot length: 23.73¡¾0.96cm, foot width: 8.80¡¾0.69cm), divided into 4 bag weights(0kg, 1.5kg, 3kg, 5kg) and walked with 2 types of shoe's high- heel(0cm, 9cm). A force-plate was used to collect GRF(AMTI OR6-7) data at a sampling rate of 1000Hz, and analyzed variables during gait were GRF(Y, Z) and COP(X) during gait.

RESULT: The horizontal shear of GRF were not statistically significant during gait(p>.05). But the vertical GRF showed the relative higher according to increase of bag weights and in particularly 9cm shoe's heel(p<.05). The correlationship between COP(X) and GRF(Fz), 0cm walking was showed significant difference in pathway of COP(X) in normal walking and 9cm shoe¡®s heel showed linear relationship in pathway during gait.

CONCLUSION: Considering the results, obesity can particularly affect musculoskeletal function of the lower extremity to accelerate or decelerate gait motion and kept gait balancing
